For several years, a logo with the message "V" has adorned For several years, a logo with the message "Visit Rwanda" has adorned the uniforms of the Arsenal football team. This week it became clear that the uniforms of the Spanish Atlético de Madrid will also be updated. Rwanda has been investing heavily in tourism since 2009. According to the state tourism policy, the revenues should contribute to "sustainable economic growth and a fair distribution of assets for the benefit of all Rwandans". Since the fighting intensified in Democratic Since the fighting intensified in the eastern parts of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), thousands of people have lost their lives and half a million people have been forced to flee. So far, the peace negotiations have appeared ineffective, but last week, first came the news that the rebel force M23 is pausing the fighting and then that Rwanda and the DRC have met in Washington and agreed to produce a draft peace agreement.
