Most vulnerable, least included – What can you do?

Sweden's stated aid goal is to fight poverty in the world, but one of the world's largest minorities is more or less excluded from work. Among the very poorest in the world, every fifth person lives with a disability. Up to 9 out of 10 children with disabilities do not have access to education and the risk of being exposed to violence and abuse is high. People with disabilities are often the most vulnerable and the least included. Despite this, only 0,45 percent of Sida's grants in 2021 went to projects where people with disabilities were the primary target group.

FUF and MyRight warmly welcome you to an interactive seminar where we tell you more about what the situation looks like for people with disabilities and what you can do to change it. No one can do everything, but everyone can do something, big or small.

During the seminar, we offer coffee. If you have questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact Rebekah Krebs, MyRight at rebekah.krebs@myright.se or 073 885 15 64.
