DO's "Recruit without discriminating", collected current research on risks of discrimination in recruitment and what it shows. The report describes the risks in the different phases of the recruitment process and gives tips on how you as an employer can work with active measures to counter discrimination in recruitment.


Expand the standard's manual "White, black or brown - manual on active measures linked to skin color", for knowledge and tools to be able to actively work against discrimination based on skin color in workplaces. Published by the Stockholm County Administrative Board in 2019.

Lasse Nilsson at Vison writes about recruiting transclusively. Knowledge about the situation of trans people is low in many workplaces and therefore it can be difficult to be inclusive when recruiting.
