FUF is turning 50 and we're going big!
We celebrate that since 1972 we have spread knowledge and created debate on global development issues. That's why we want to invite all our members, all past members, all future members and all those who know that knowledge is part of creating a fair and sustainable world to a magical evening together!
The theme for the evening is the climate. Bicycle Beat stands for the live music and the emcee is the stand-up comedian Melody Farshin. There will be entertainment in the form of quizzes and spoken word poetry, food, festivities and of course discussions about the world's most important issues! Last but not least comes this year's FUF award to be distributed to the climate scientist Johan rockström.
The ticket price not only includes a lovely evening, you also get a drink ticket (beer/wine/non-alcoholic) and snacks in the form of vegetarian or vegan sliders. The bar will also be open for those who want to buy refills for their glass or order more food.
The doors open at 17.30 and the program runs at 18.00-20.00. Then there will be mingling and the dance floor with DJ Lana Thulander until 23.00 p.m.!
See you at Debaser Strands Bar Brooklyn, which is located on Hornstull's beach, just a few minutes' walk from Hornstull's subway station.
