The writers

FUF's writers write texts about various global issues for Uttvecklingsmagasinet. In this way, they participate and increase knowledge about global issues and Sweden's role in the world.

As a writer, you get to do interviews, write different types of journalistic texts and monitor the debate on global issues in the Swedish media. The writers receive continuous training and supervision - both in subjects connected to global development and in journalistic writing and communication. They are also part of an editorial team that encourages, supports and gets to know each other!  

You can be an active writer regardless of where in Sweden you live. The commitment is semester-long and usually starts in January and September. The assignment includes participating in editorial meetings and proofreading other writers' texts. 

You do not need any previous knowledge to join the editorial staff, we train you during the assignment!
