What does honor killings mean?

According to Hedersfortryck.se honor-related violence and oppression is about maintaining common norms and values that prevail in one's own family / relatives or a larger collective. Honor is about a collective morality where the control of women's sexuality is a prerequisite for the maintenance of the collective and patriarchy. This is what our event will be based on.
