Rolf Carlman will share his experiences of support to the occupied Palestinian areas from his time as Head of Development Cooperation at the Consulate General in Jerusalem. Rolf Carlman has a background in engineering and economics from KTH. He has been involved in humanitarian aid and international development since the mid-70s and has worked in Beirut, Yemen, Vietnam and Laos. 1999-2002 he was Director of the Swedish institute in Alexandria.
